Julie and Jeff are planning a February 2014 wedding in the Detroit area. Since I am from the west side of the state, we decided to meet in the middle for their engagement session. We found a beautiful garden, full of roses in bloom! Of course as soon as we pulled into the parking lot it started raining, but it soon stopped and a gorgeous sunset followed. It felt like we were in the secret garden at times. There were birds and bunnies everywhere and flowers in bloom. It was a magical setting. I always tell my clients, ‘act like I’m not here.’ I prefer to capture the moment rather than invent it. They were so in love and relaxed that there were times I felt I really was invisible. It was great! Perfect models. Thank you Julie and Jeff for being so easy going and fun. I’m so blessed with amazing couples to photograph. Looking forward to seeing you in February!
